Runners: Exercising at high altitudes June 16 2015

Kyle Davey wrote a great article titled "Fit & Well: Altitude changes things for runners" in which he describes what runners endure when competing at events such as Hood to Coast and the intellectual trap of altitude, exercising, racing, and fatigue.

He argues that the human body and it's ever-adapting organism always has a way of “figuring it out.” The real questions is, what happens when people who live at high altitudes come to sea level to train?
