English Rugby World Cup team travels to Glendale, Colorado for altitude training April 08 2015

The Denver Post is reporting the English Rugby World Cup team will be visiting Glendale, Colorado in preparation for the Rugby World Cup in England, Sept. 17-Oct. 31st.

The team using Infinity Park’s high-altitude training facility,  features a high-performance strength and conditioning room, recovery room and video classroom, adjacent to two full-size sports fields.

England, which last won the championship in 2003, would like a chance at the win this year.

Traditional altitude training requires a move to a high altitude camp as seen here for 2-10 weeks prior to an event. The costs are high and altitude effects only last for 2 weeks after a return to sea level.

AltoLab can give you better results with less time at a fraction of the cost. The AltoLab program requires only one hour per day for 15 days. The beneficial effects last for up to 21 days. A one hour session consists of six breathing intervals, of six minutes ON the AltoLab followed by four minute intervals of normal breathing OFF the AltoLab.
