Through a 15-day program, AltoLab scientifically lowers the amount of oxygen that is inhaled, while removing excess CO₂. This lowering of oxygen saturation encourages the body to become more efficient at delivering oxygen to working muscles and stimulates the body to produce more red blood cells.

This process occurs in a controlled environment, over short periods of time through each day. This minimizes disruption to your everyday lifestyle and enables a full and normal training schedule to be undertaken.

You will need to renew and replace individual components of your AltoLab as your training program progresses.
